The project is summarized as a level 2 alteration to an existing 33,485 sq. ft., six-story, single tenant, mixed occupancy, construction type III-A fully sprinklered building. The proposed work area is 90 square feet of toilet facility on each of 2nd to 6th floors. The intent is to improve the existing toilet facility and make them accessible toilets. New mechanical work will comply with the relevant provisions of the 2018 Washington state energy code and 2018 uniform plumbing code.
