Construction permit request is for the interior remodel previously performed including, but not limited to, adding a bathroom and separate area for a future kitchen with a sink in the basement or for the relocation of the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms on the main floor.
Any structural, wall, stairs, bedrooms, kitchen, furnace, laundry/utility sinks, plumbing, electrical, etc. placement modifications on both the main level and basement were performed prior to current ownership that began November 2007, and were not identified to present owner during purchase process.
Current owner (C. Garbe; since 2007) replaced and/or upgraded cosmetic finishes during ownership period from 2007-2018 including paint, flooring, tile, cabinets/counter tops, plumbing and lighting fixtures, etc. No structure, walls, stair placement, plumbing/sink/toilet/shower/bath placement were altered or relocated during the work. Any structural discrepancies between current SDCI site plans and current state were performed prior to November 2007. Exterior roof, windows and doors (except for the front door) were upgraded and replaced in the exact location and dimensions as and where found. Any additional electrical work was performed under permit (6626335-EL; Laundry room and 6559307-EL; kitchen/upstairs bath radiant heated floor). Cover and final inspections for this work was conducted by SDCI.
Plumbing company identified within original violation 1042337-VI was on-site and present to install new fixtures in bathrooms, kitchen and utility sinks.
