A comprehensive renovation to both the dry well and wet well (ventilation improvements, pumps, etc.). All existing mechanical systems will be removed. The dry well ventilation improvements will include new interior-mounted supply fan, interior-mounted exhaust fan, ductwork, and ventilation system status indication and monitoring. Wet well ventilation improvements will include new exterior-mounted supply and exhaust fans and ductwork. Two new sewage pumps and one new sump pump will be installed In the lower portion of the dry well. Other necessary appurtenances will be included.
