Mechanical System Scope:
Ph 2 modify existing duct work to accommodate new plan for the pharmacy clean rooms and assoc. storage areas. Additional infrastructure equipment with cooling or heating capacity is not provided as a part of the scope of work. Also replace (2) exhaust fans serving bsc's with new fans, supply and exhaust venturi valves, and add hepa supply diffusers where needed. Supply venturi valves include hot water reheat coils. Ph 3 work consists of the removal of the Ph 1 temporary modular clean room and build out of new office space including new supply terminal units with hot water reheat.
