If you received a Notice of Inspection, please follow the instructions on the letter. To schedule an inspection with a city inspector, call 206-684-4110 and select option 3. Alternatively, you can hire a private inspector to complete the inspection requirement. If you need additional assistance, including translation services, contact the RRIO program at 206-684-4110.
