Describe Mechanical Systems Being Installed (if any):
The apartments will be heated and cooled by a water source VRF system consisting of a fan coil unit in each apartment, refrigerant piping between fan coil units and BCU controller in mechanical room, refrigerant piping between BCU controller and VRF water source module, condenser water piping between VRF water source module (one per floor) and heating boilers/fluid cooler. The apartments will be ventilated by ERV (energy recovery ventilators). One per apartment. The corridors will be pressurized by a packaged, rooftop air handling unit. The garage will be ventilated by exhaust fans, supply fans, transfer fans and controlled by CO gas sensors. The stairs and elevators will be pressurized to maintain pressure differentials during fire alarm. For emergency generator, we will install radiator exhaust duct, intake air, engine exhaust piping, fuel fill piping between fuel fill station and subbase tank, vents form subbase tank. Ventilation of SCL vault Ventilation of miscellaneous common area rooms.
